Adoption: Name and Date
Baptism: Name and Date
Birth stats: Name(s), Date of Birth, Time of Birth, Length, and Weight
K-Grad: Name Only
Senior: Name and School Initials
Name Only – One or two names

Requests for Multiple Fonts/Colors: Specify which words in which font and which color

Cubby Care
Machine Wash
  • Remove stuffing pods
  • Place outer shell in a mesh bag
  • Wash on cold, delicate cycle
Hand Wash
  • Use mild detergent
  • Gently scrub and rinse well
Spot Clean
  • Dab with a damp cloth + baby‑safe soap
  • Wipe clean with water only
Drying
  • Air dry only
  • Lay flat and flip occasionally
  • No dryer or high heat
Fluffing
  • After drying, brush gently to restore softness

Processing Time

  • Each item is handmade and requires 7–10 business days to create before shipping.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the United States only. No international shipping is available at this time.

Delivery Estimates

Once shipped, most orders arrive within:

  • 2–5 business days (U.S. domestic)
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary by carrier.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Once your package is with the carrier, delivery is their responsibility. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly. We’ll assist however we can, but we cannot replace items lost by the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

  • Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
