We’re excited to create something special just for you! Here’s how shipping works for our custom embroidery orders.

Processing Time

Each item is handmade and requires 7–10 business days to create before shipping.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only. No international shipping is available at this time.

Delivery Estimates

Once shipped, most orders arrive within:

• 2–5 business days (U.S. domestic)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary by carrier.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package is with the carrier, delivery is their responsibility. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly. We’ll assist however we can, but we cannot replace items lost by the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
