Welcome to our shop! We’re two sisters creating custom embroidered items across the miles, and these terms help protect both you and our small business.
1. Use of Our Site
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to use our content, designs, and photos for personal, lawful purposes only. All artwork and product images belong to us.
2. Custom Orders
Every item is made just for you. Please double‑check all personalization details before submitting your order. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.
3. Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if necessary (e.g., incorrect pricing, unavailable materials, or suspicious activity). If this happens, we’ll contact you.
4. Processing Time
Each custom item requires 7–10 business days to create before shipping.
5. Pricing & Payments
Prices may change at any time. Payment is required at checkout and processed securely through trusted third‑party providers.
6. Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We currently ship within the United States only. Once your order is handed to the carrier, delivery is their responsibility. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
7. No Refunds
All sales are final due to the custom nature of our products. Please see our Refund Policy for more information.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for damages beyond the cost of your order. We do our best to provide accurate information and high‑quality products, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free site use.
